It’s hard to see the device in this closed-circuit footage, but police in northern England said that this unidentified man stole an iPhone out of a baby’s hands as her mom shopped in a clothing store on Sept. 22.
“It appears that the suspect has deliberately targeted a child knowing the crime would be relatively easy to commit,” Lancashire police inspector Andy Willis told the Sun.
